Can I just buy one module or just the ones I want?
No. This is a progressive training course with each module building on the next. The methods you learn in Module 1 and 2 are critical for Modules 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. If you want to continue to collect useless techniques, videos and books, you’re not ready for this training. Can I change the time between modules?
Yes, we have people who travel, get deployed and need to put their program on hold. We also have people who can’t wait the 30 days for their next module (because they are tired of being a sissy). All you need to do is contact customer service via email at customerservice@theselfdefenseco.com and let us know what you want to do and we’ll take care of it. We pride our self on personal service.

Where can I find an SDC certified instructor?
Even though, the Self Defense Training System is all you need, we still back up the program with our Corp of instructors. You can find your local instructor at www.teachselfdefense.com under the "Find an Instructor" link.

Can I come and train with Master Instructor Ross?
One thing he loves is teaching and training. We hold seminars regularly. You can get more information by emailing businessdevelopment@theselfdefenseco.com with the subject header: SEMINAR. Space is extremely limited so do not delay. If you’re lucky enough to grab a spot, be ready for the best training you will ever experience.

Lost or Damaged Modules?
No problem, just contact customer service for replacement. Note that is it is after 30 days you will be charged to replace damaged or worn modules.

Can I return modules?
The only returns we accept are 30 day trails. Due to the nature of the material, we do not accept three installment or full system returns. We will replace any damaged or missing product.

My DVDs won't play!
We use a hi-tech replication system. All DVDs are made to play all over the world. We do suggest trying the DVD on two or more machines before contacting customer service.
